Sending photo via email: Digital images vary in quality. Photos taken at the highest pixel setting works best, as that will ensure that we get the highest quality image possible to create your personal design. Most digital camera images will work however images taken from the web are usually too low in resolution. We will review the photo you submit and if it does not meet the requirements for quality printing, we will ask you to mail it instead or select another image if there is no printed version available. If you have a printed photo that you are scanning to email, please select a minimum of 300dpi on the resolution setting on your scanning. If it's an older photo, increase the resolution even more as they have usually faded over time.
Instructions for submitting your photo via email: Once you complete the ordering process, you will receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours. Reply to the confirmation email and attach your photo for submission. .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, .tif files are the preferred file format.

personalized items. We cannot accept any images that are copyright protected or taken by a professional photographer without the appropriate permission.
Proofs: Once we finish the design work, we will email you a proof of the design for your approval and rest assured, we won't be happy until you're happy! |
